2. Products and Services

• All flooring products are subject to availability
• Color variations and patterns may slightly differ from samples
• Product specifications are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

1. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days
• Prices may change due to material costs or project modifications
• Additional charges may apply for subflooring preparation, removal of existing flooring, or unforeseen circumstances
• Deposit requirements vary by project scope

1. Installation Services

• Installation schedules are subject to crew availability and weather conditions
• Client must provide adequate access to work areas
• Existing flooring removal and disposal fees are not included unless specified
• Area must be cleared of furniture and other items unless arrangements are made

1. Warranty

• Product warranties vary by manufacturer
• Installation warranty covers workmanship for [1] years
